Abstract :
The paper studies several interoperability potential measures using the LISI model applied to Hospital Information Systems (HIS), establishing the grade in which a medical informatics system can easily interconnect and communicate with another one and suggesting an algorithm for testing interoperability and several metrics for interoperability measurement.
