Abstract
This paper discusses the profile framework of CANopen protocol for a hybrid electric vehicle (HEV). Based on the analysis of the CANopen protocol and the HEV system structure, a preliminary version of CANopen profiles for the HEV is firstly drafted out. Then the object dictionary for each HEV module and communication mechanism of the vehicle network is described in detail. Finally the CANopen profile´s fault diagnostic modes of HEV based on OBD-II and SAE J1939 are set up. Finally the attempt to implement the profile in slave node of electromotor in HEV based on the DSP of TMS320F2812.
