Abstract
Hydrostatic energy-reserving transmission was composed of the hydrostatic pump/motor, high and low pressure accumulator, two-port inserted valve and control system. The mathematical model of hydrostatic pump/motor displacement servo control system and hydrostatic energy-reserving transmission was built. The simulation model of controller was established. The control strategy for Vehicle with hydrostatic energy-reserving transmission was proposed. The simulation of energy-reserving process was performed in SIMULINK. A dynamic simulated test bench for hydrostatic energy-reserving transmission was established. The energy-reserving process of accumulator was investigate. The result of experiment proved the rationality of the breaking energy regeneration control strategy and the correctness of the simulation model.
