  • Abstract
    An internet-working unit called UNICORN is used to interconnect LANs such as Ethernet and MANs such as DQDB over a SDH-based ATM network carrying data at 155Mb/s. Two monolithic B-ISDN ICs perform the critical ATM functions: the TCS chip and the ATM-AAL chip.
