Abstract :
Based on the CVT test method in the vehicle which is provided by the automaker, the CVT test items on a tester are designed. The CVT tester is made and then the oil pressure test, the transmission ratio test, the slip rate test and the system efficiency test are carried out on it. The test result can not only evaluate the CVT performance, but also analyze the slip rate and the CVT´s system efficiency. Therefore, it can be used for the performance evaluation and the optimal control.
