Abstract
This paper characterizes all generalized low-pass filters and MRA Parseval frame wavelets in L2(Rn) with matrix dilations of the form (Df)(x)=radic(2f)(Ax), where A is an arbitrary expanding n times n matrix with integer coefficients, such that |detA| =2. The pseudoscaling functions, generalized low pass filters and MRA Parseval frame wavelets are studied and some important properties about them are given.
