Abstract :
A Wide range and adjustable temperature coefficient (TC) Proportional To Absolute Temperature (PTAT) reference using negative TC CMOS FET Resistor is proposed which is built with CMOS Technology without passive resistor. It shows low sensitivity with respect to process, supply voltage. The temperature coefficient of proposed linear PTAT voltage reference is range of 1.48 to 3.48 mV/degC.
