Abstract
We offer a new method of radio telecommunication, in which the information signal is formed and extracted by reflecting artificial discontinuities, represented by controlled flat-layered mediums. We also state the fundamentals of such mediums synthesis theory, describe their functionality, experimental results and their analysis
