  • Abstract
    The finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method is applied to the analysis of electromagnetic fields in a reverberation chamber. The chamber is used for radiated susceptibility/immunity or emission measurement of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) test. The analytical results defined the distribution of the electric field in the reverberation chamber and clarified the effect on field uniformity of the size of the chamber and the number, size, and position of stirrers
