    Aiming at the importance of gate location in the injection molding design, this article, which focuses on thin-wall plastic part, is aware that warpage is the primary deformity of thin-wall plastic part, treats the objective function, design factor and restricted function in gate location optimization method, and builds the mathematics model based on the empirical method for the gate location optimization. The analysis and verification by adopting the software Moldflow, prove that the optimization mathematics model which gives basis for rapid and accurate simulation analysis and numerical calculating, is effective.
