Abstract
In microwave imaging by inverse diffraction techniques, the antenna characteristics, the configurations of data acquisition, and the reconstruction algorithms are investigated to improve the images. These investigations cannot be conducted only by experiments, because of consuming time and cost. In this paper, a method with diffraction integration to make data for the simulation of the two-dimensional microwave imaging is proposed. The simulation and the experimental results show the usefulness of the proposed method
