Abstract :
A 0.18um CMOS Reconflgurable Multi-band Multi gain LNA is presented in this paper. The LNA can operate at GSM, GPS and WLAN bands simultaneously or individually by using the programmable switches. This LNA exhibits high performance including up to 19 dB voltage gain, 1.9-1.5 dB noise figure and less than 30 mW power consumption under 1.8 V power supply.
