  • Abstract
    The production models of multi-species, small batch and customization have some of complexity and uncertainty. These would bring about some difficulties for the enterprise´s inventory control. Many scholars have researched and discussed the various models which based on the classical inventory control theory in the combination of the different actual situation, but there are still unsatisfactory aspects. It is required that the condition of stock-out, time of production requirement, limited-space warehouse, and lot-size discount were considered, the EOQ model, which is the best order goods batch, is established. That method is able to solve the problems which assure smooth production with the lowest costs and obtain more profits. Finally, the new EOQ model is verified through an actual example.
