Abstract :
For the FG-3000 temperature control system with integral character and retarding characteristic, the conventional control algorithm is difficult to reach the required control quality, especially with more strict restriction on overshoot. By borrowing ideas from the regulating action of biological immune feedback mechanism and combining conventional PID control algorithm, this paper adopts immune PID-PI controller for the FG-3000 control system. It discusses the parameter effect of immune PID controller, and designs performance indexes to verify the system performance. When the controller is applied to FG-3000 control system, it can track quickly and achieve the setting value in a short time with no overshot. The immune PID-PI controller, with high precision and smooth and stable output, can satisfy the demand of field control.
