Abstract :
Based on the data from the mortality per million tons of the coal safety production accident in China during recent ten years, the corresponding grey system model is established. And it uses the statistics software to program, realize the data fitting and forecasting whose results are analyzed by the posterior residual test. The results show that the mortality per million tons of China´s coal mining has the yearly decreasing trend. In addition, the grey system model not only has high precision accuracy but also scientific and effective, which can be used to manage the coal safety production accident.
