Abstract :
Cost effective measures for compensation of component spread are required in mass production of mm-wave telecommunication modules. We present the development and implementation of an automatic output power control in a 60 GHz transceiver module in production at the MicroWave Factory of EADS. Without using any additional MMIC module production yield is increased significantly.
