Abstract
As modern business, the competition between each other is very furious. For every medium-small enterprise, it must raise its core competition if it wants to survive in the furious competition environment of the market. Therefore the medium-small enterprise should change management model from product-centric to customer-centric. Today, a CRM system is always constructed in the enterprise, which can support to management customers. Through the research of the import role of data mining in CRM and the method which can be used in data mining for the CRM and the features of medium-small enterprise, a feasible CRM system is presented in this paper, which is based on Weka. According to the ideas, a prototype is implemented and some tests of mining research are done to prove the thoughts that the technology of data mining can support the enterprise to make the efficient sales strategy.
