Abstract
We have used a recently developed interferometric frequency resolved optical gating technique of accurately recording, in a single laser shot and to all orders, ultrafast time-domain phase/frequency shifts to perform the first time-resolved, pump-probe, coherent spectroscopies on noble gases and air both near and above the barrier suppression (BSI) threshold
