  • Abstract
    HXD1B electric Locomotive is the high power and big capacity which is independently researched and developed by China. The paper analyses the traction effort of HXD1B Locomotive, give up the right control method while on the ramp and passing the sectional insulator, give the advice of how to preventing idle running and reduce the risks brought by instable of catenary voltage. So the right control method is of big significance to maintain locomotive´s operating condition and quality.
