Research on the factors contributing to dynamic capabilities

Dynamic capabilities issue has become an important research field of strategic management in order to gain and sustain competitive advantage. In this paper, in order to identify the factors contributing to dynamic capabilities, the citation index databases via the Web of Science are used to map the visualizing knowledge domain based on CiteSpace software. According the analysis finding of CiteSpace and the current research of literatures, four main factors are focused on both internal and external aspects, including adaptive capacity to market environments, cooperative capacity with social entities, technology creative capacity based on knowledge, and integrative capacity of firm resources. Finally, some analysis conclusions are reflected.
