Abstract
With the rapid development of the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) in China, it is very important to evaluate 3PL service providers based on an effective and implementable model. In this paper, we propose an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)-based decision support model for evaluating 3PL service providers on a logistics platform. The platform offers comprehensive services for both 3PL service providers and the customers who use 3PL services. By considering the particular features of the platform, we propose an AHP-based model to evaluate the 3PL service providers on the platform. The model takes into account several key factors that reflect the 3PL service providers´ performance.
