Abstract :
A 0.18um reconfigurable multi-band CMOS power amplifier (PA) is presented in this paper. The PA can operate at GSM, GPS and WLAN bands simultaneously or individually by using the reconfigurable matching network. This PA exhibits high performance including up to 29 dB power gain, 28 power-added efficiency and less than 50 mW power consumption under 1.8 V power supply.
