Abstract :
Based on the existing research, this paper develops a new definition of ideal compromise alternative. Different of the ideal solution is determined by the optimal value on each attribute, the ideal compromise alternative is determined not only by the optimal value on attributes, but also the assignment among different attributes of the alternative. Furthermore, the paper develops a new decision model TOPSICA based on the ideal compromise alternative. Finally, a case improves the new model is scientific and effective.
