Abstract :
More than ever the electronic industry needs high qualified human resource for microsystems packaging. Companies, including or especially SMEs, are interested to hire coworkers with proper knowledge according the new technologies. These new technologies allowed to be realize more marketable products that are higher in performance, portable, reliable, and, to increase the competitive, lower in cost. The paper presents how new coming students, beginning with first terms of theirs presence in the university can be attract for electronic packaging topics.
