Discusses the problem of excitation of the considered dielectric structure for longitudinal (oriented along the axis of the waveguide) given currents. The present paper is devoted to building the Green´s functions of magnetic and electric types for the sections of rectangular waveguides with three-layer longitudinally-inhomogeneous filling excited by such currents
