Abstract :
In this paper, an on-line technology for measuring the temperature of the furnace chamber is introduced and a detailed installation technology including the detection note is provided. Without internal heat source and neglecting variation of temperature on both side, the heat transfer along the measuring pole is only regarded, which can be treat as one-dimensional stable heat conduction question. The pole´s length and the temperature of cold end are measured by ultrasonic and the non balanced bridge temperature measurement technology, respectively. Temperature expression of hot end (furnace chamber surface) is deduced from the differential equation of one-dimensional stable heat conduction. The experimental results show that the temperature and the distance meet the relations of the quadratic function. The error on this measuring method is also analyzed.
