Study on extendable spatial decision support system based on service

Spatial data and models are shared as web services, however, the ability to integrate them on internet to provide decision support is limited. For this problem, an extendable spatial decision support system based on service is proposed. The system builds a platform to construct, manage, execute decision support workflow and to display, export the support result. Main technologies studied include model standardization and extendable directed graph workflow processing definition. A case about urban land classification and grading is shown to demonstrate the feasible of the system. The result indicates that the system has good operability and practicality. It provides effective auxiliary support to solve spatial problems.
