Abstract
In this paper, a novel motion compensation method based on keystone transform is presented, which can correct range migration without the exact target velocity. As a result, the accumulation time isn´t subject to the restriction due to target motion. Thus radar´s system design turns more flexible. Keystone transform is a technique of range migration correction in the field of SAR. However, it hasn´t reported to apply this method to PD radar. At the same, because of the increase of accumulation time, the Doppler resolution of radar is improved greatly, which provides an approach for mini-Doppler resolution. Therefore, it is hopeful to apply keystone transform to the field of decoy identification.
