Each iteration , according to MMAS algorithm , should make sure every path´s pheromone can´t overstep the limitation itself, based on the pheromone update, the nearest domain selection strategy, local optimization, Max Min Ant System in path selection and initial solution structure. In this paper, the program is written to optimize the MMAS, and then is applied on the optimization SMT placement sequence. It is proved that the algorithm is reasonable and effective by simulation experiments. The production tests were carried out on the JUKI 2010 Mounter, and the achieved results were satisfactory.
