Abstract :
An efficient RS encoder, which combines pre- and post-transformation into the constant coefficient matrix V(gi), is presented in this paper. A rapid way to generate the modified constant coefficient matrix V´(gi) is proposed at the same time. Finally, its feasibility and validity have been verified through FPGA platform.
