Abstract
Today Web2.0 brought a prominent change in the world of internet world wide web (WWW), these changes include the contribution of Mash-up technology where data from several source are connected to form new information that is not originally meant for. This is a kind of phenomenon of web application that are interactive and real-time data visualization. In this work we proposed the Mash-up model for higher education as well as framework for the Mash-up in higher education. After identifying the five areas with potential of applying Mash-up in higher education, out of the five we selected three which are found to be the main and core in higher education and we leave the rest for the future study. Lastly the model and framework was developed using the selected three areas with potentials alone.
