Abstract
To quantitatively understand the effects of SIP flooding attacks in IMS, the paper introduces an evaluation method for attack effect based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The paper gets the evaluation indexes by analyzing the possible attack flow, and introduces analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to compute the indexes´ weight, and makes fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for attacks. To reduce the bias brought by a single fuzzy operator´s properties, the paper selects several operators to complement with each other. Finally, it is validated that the evaluation method is able to distinguish the attack effects resulted by different SIP flooding attacks effectively.
