  • Abstract
    InP single crystals have been used as the substrates for optical devices such as LDs, LEDs and PDs and for high-speed electronic devices such as HEMTs, HBTs and OEICs with more potential applications expected with the advent of multimedia era. In this paper, we would like to summarize the history of development, present status and future of InP crystal growth technology from a manufacturer´s point of view in conjuction with the IPRM´s 10th anniversary
