Abstract :
In this paper, the intrinsic characteristics and external negative characteristics of the cluster development of the industrial park are analyzed, and we make the conclusion that the cluster industrial park must change the traditional model of development; By analysis of the relationship between recycling economy and cluster industrial park, as well as the dynamic factors, the feasibility for the application of recycling economy to guide and promote the cluster development of the industrial park are explained; A conceptual mode is built; Suggestions to promote clustering development of the industrial parks in the recycling economy mode are given, based on the analysis of the conceptual model.
