Abstract :
The changes of luminescence spectra are seen as 0.02-0.03 eV and as band broadening (full-width at half-maximum increased from 0.4 to 0.5 eV). We conclude that the densification of germanosilicate glass results both in the rearrangement of “regular” glass network along with the increase of its nonordering and in the destruction and creation of germanium point defects with simultaneous displacement of their energy levels and an increase of inhomogeneous broadening
