Abstract :
The following note is motivated by recent papers on the observer design problem where more general structures than the observer canonical form up to output injection are considered. The aim is to generalize these results to a wider class of discrete time systems affected also by the control and by considering a more general output scaling structure. The proof proposed is constructive, thus allowing a straight-forward computation of the desired observer.
