Abstract
This paper describes the successful transfer of US Navy Integrated Diagnostics Support System (IDSS) test and diagnostics technology to industry via the Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) process. The primary focus of the joint effort was the development of a new tool, processing tool/or event response messages (PTERM), which will he used to perform Iridium(R) satellite diagnostics. This paper presents the Iridium(R) application and a description of the new tool
