Abstract :
The Shewhart control charts are still subject to new application areas that deserve further attention. If the quality-related characteristics cannot be represented in numerical form, such as characteristics for appearance, softness, color, etc., then control charts for attributes are used. except for the special cases, fuzzy control charts are used for attributes control charts such as fraction nonconforming, number nonconforming, nonconformities or average number of nonconformities per unit. in this paper, we utilize this fuzzy point of view, as well as the fuzzy modified Shewhart control charts with triangular fuzzy numbers to express the fuzzy phenomenon of the measurement value. Also, both the variable sample size and the average sample size approaches are used. Hence, we investigate quality control chart construction under random fuzzy environment. It is used for the analysis tool, so as to make the results more suitable the situation in reality.
