Abstract :
After establishing the 12 sectors direct torque control (DTC) platform of permanent magnetism synchronous machine (PMSM), in this paper, we established the smallest loss model by calculating the copper and iron loss of PMSM, and then promoted the system efficiency by calculating the optimal field current and instruction value of stator flux linkage. Simulation experiments show that the new scheme can not only maintain good performance, but also increase the motion efficiency.
