  • Abstract
    We report 200 Gbit/s, 100 km TDM transmission with 2 ps signal pulses using dispersion slope equalizer on planar lightwave circuit. The pulse broadening caused by dispersion slope is drastically reduced and the power penalty is improved >4 dB.
