This paper presents a solution in intelligent system which based on multi-agent sensor-network and information fusion technologies. It through analysis and mine the unique advantages of the three technologies and the existence problems of single technology, according to the need of the intelligent system in multiplex dynamical multi-variant environment, using method of similar to the human brain and fuse the information that can handle complex information dynamically, then fuse the information. So as to provide main accurate target parameters for followed locking target precisely, and attacking target timely.
