Abstract :
To eliminate tax fraud phenomenon in the gas station market, this paper provides a novel SoC design of Gas Volume Controller which has network and smart card functions. It is the first SoC chip used in gas volume control system in the world. This SoC chip supports three different boot modes to meet different boot requirements. The SoC chip testbed is also established and chip performance is evaluated.
