Abstract
Here we present the design and fabrication of ultra sensitive nanowire nanosensors primarily for the detection of biosubstances. It is an autonomous high signal-to-noise ratio system with read-out electronic circuit capable to measure four nanowires simultaneously. The system response to the pH buffer solution was tested and found to be 8.83 mV per pH with the noise background level of 200 ¿V RMS. Detection limit of the system was calculated to be 0.023 pH demonstrating its suitability for highly sensitive bio-measurements.
