Abstract :
According to the bucket handle of the excavator repair welding process after fracture, Multi-dimensional multi-pass welding temperature field on the whole welding process of connecting the old and the new bucket handles is made using ANSYS software. It is realized to moving loading of heat source using APDL programming. The filling process of metal welding is made a good simulation by the life´s and death´s cells, and consider the material properties of the nonlinear, the complex process of welding heat and laws of the temperature field is presented truly. A quantitative and reliable basis is provided for the enterprises to develop a reasonable production process to control the quality of welding.
