Abstract :
When Tel-Home Care´s care workers run their tasks, It is important to plan visiting order, routing path and estimated arrival time well for each cared patient. Planning visiting order is a Traveling Salesman Problem, so we applied Google Map to develop a system and proposed a tabu-search basied Algorithm to help cared workers plan their tasks.
