  • Abstract
    The paper described the automatic alignment detector system composition of centering machine for high-precision seamless steel tubes, including hardware configuration and software structure. The core technology of the system is one new sub-pixel solution technique for circle parameters. Detailed calculation diagram of circle parameters solution and centerline adjustment approach are presented. The efficiency of circle parameter solution technique is validated by comparison with classic circle detection method. It is proved to have fast processing speed without decreasing its accuracy. The contribution of this study is to build up measurement system and realize high precision and rapid centering alignment detection.
