Abstract
To improve wind energy utilization and power generation efficiency, the variable speed constant frequency (VSCF) wind generation system is an efficient way. Tracing the maximum wind power can be realized through the active and reactive power decoupled control. Based on the mathematical model of doubly-fed induction generator(DFIG), the strategy of using stator field oriented vector control technology was made. The output active power of DFIG can be controlled to realize the maximum power point tracking(MPPT). Detailed simulation on Matlab/Simulink verifies the correctness and feasibility of the proposed control strategy.
