Abstract :
Basing on the theory of new sine gears and gear train 2 principle, established the main body structure for the new sine gears of flow meter. According to the working principle of the new flow meter, deduced the flow rate function and the flow pulsation rate function. In explanation of the using prospects for the new flow meter, simulated the flow pulsation with MATLAB and compared with normal gears flow meter. The outcome indicated that the new sine gears of flow meter was smaller than the normal gears flow meter in terms of flow pulsation, thereby proved the likelihood of using in high voltage flow measurement.
