Abstract

This paper presents the design and implementation of the information feedback system of "Tsinghua Web-based School". The information feedback system extracts hidden information from the accumulated system and user data through statistical analysis, and feedback it to students and teachers as well as system administrators and developers for the improvement of education quality and optimal construction of the platform. To some extend, the gaps between teachers and students as well as gaps between developers and users are bridged. The information feedback system is composed of three components including the Web log feedback subsystem, the user data feedback subsystem, and the user survey feedback subsystem.
