Abstract
A rack-mount photonic ATM switch has been fabricated. It can handle 10-Gbit/s signal and the switch size is 4. Experiment results demonstrate the potential high performance of this photonic ATM switch. In this paper, we describe a prototype of this proposed switch and present some experiment results demonstrating the high-performance potential of this switch.
